Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we ship to the following states: Michigan, Ohio, California, Georgia, Texas, North Carolina, Indiana, and Pennsylvania.

Shipping availability may vary by product and location. Please check the available shipping options during checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Our current shipping timeline is:

2 business days for processing
3–5 business days for delivery

Delivery times may vary based on carrier schedules, weather, holidays, and other conditions outside of our control.

Where can I buy your wines?

Twine Urban Winery wines may be available through select retailers, restaurants, bars, wine shops, and liquor stores. You may also be able to purchase our wines through our online wine store where shipping is available.

If you do not see Twine Urban Winery at your favorite local shop, please let them know you would like them to carry our wines.

Do you sell your wines internationally?

At this time, Twine Urban Winery wines are available for purchase and shipment in the United States only.

We also recommend signing up for our newsletter to learn about upcoming tastings, wine dinners, special events, and new releases.

Are your wines vegan?

We do our best to use vegan-friendly winemaking techniques whenever possible. However, we do not guarantee that all Twine Urban Winery wines are vegan.

Can you donate wine for or sponsor my event?

We are always interested in supporting meaningful events and good causes. While we are not able to donate wine to every organization or event, we welcome the opportunity to learn more.

Please contact us with your event details, organization information, timeline, and sponsorship request.

Are you available to speak at my event?

Twine Urban Winery may be available for speaking engagements, private wine education events, tastings, and group experiences.Please contact us with information about your event, including the date, location, audience size, topic, and format. We recommend reaching out 2–3 months in advance whenever possible.

Shipping

Age Requirement

We take underage purchasing and possession of alcohol very seriously. By using our website, placing an order, or receiving a shipment, you represent and confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.

If you purchase wine as a gift, you also confirm that the recipient is at least 21 years of age.

All alcohol deliveries require the signature of an adult who is at least 21 years old. Valid identification may be required at the time of delivery.

If we discover or suspect any violation of applicable alcohol laws, we reserve the right to cancel the order, refuse service, and take appropriate action, including reporting the matter to the proper authorities.

Delivery Address

An adult signature is required for all wine deliveries. Packages containing alcohol cannot be left unattended.

Because someone age 21 or older must be available to sign for the delivery, we strongly recommend using a business or office address as your shipping address when possible. This may help avoid missed delivery attempts and delays.

Twine Urban Winery is not responsible for failed delivery attempts, delays, or returned shipments caused by an unavailable adult signer, incorrect address, or refusal of delivery.

States Where Delivery Is Permitted

Wine shipping laws vary by state. Orders are fulfilled and delivered only where legally permitted.

All orders are fulfilled and delivered by licensed retailers or authorized shipping partners as applicable. Product availability and shipping eligibility may depend on the destination state and the specific items ordered.

REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds on orders unless:

  1. Your package arrived damaged; or
  2. Your package did not arrive.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number, delivery information, and photos of the damaged package or product.

If your package did not arrive, please contact us with your order number so we can review the shipment status.

Refunds, replacements, or credits are handled at our discretion and may depend on carrier documentation, delivery confirmation, product availability, and applicable law.
