There is no cost to join the club. As a member, you are committing to receiving three deliveries per year.

Yes! If you’d like to choose an alternate shipping date, please fill out our contact form.

UPS will typically make three delivery attempts before returning the wine to us. There must be someone 21 years or older available to sign for the shipment. If the wine is returned to us, we’ll contact you to make new arrangements or discuss the shipping costs.

You may select the wine club package you would like to join (e.g., Winemaker’s Choice, Red Only, White Only, Sweet Only), but not the exact wines.

The wine club is designed to deliver pre-selected products chosen by your winemaker, ensuring each shipment highlights unique and limited-edition wines.

We do not offer exchanges. However, if there’s a wine you prefer not to receive in future shipments, please let us know, and we’ll make the necessary adjustments moving forward.

If you wish to cancel your membership, you can do so at any time before billing by contacting Twine Urban Winery. Please note that there is a $75 cancellation fee for members who cancel before receiving at least three shipments.
